Matcha Cloud

Matcha Cloud Foam Drink 

Ingredients

Matcha Cloud Foam

  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1–2 tsp oat milk (to loosen the cream slightly)
  • 1–2 tsp sweetener (sugar, honey, maple syrup, or simple syrup)
  • ½–1 tsp matcha powder (depending how strong you want the cloud)

Base

  • ½–1 cup oat milk
  • Sweetener to taste

Instructions

1. Make the Oat Milk Base

  1. Add oat milk to a glass.
  2. Sweeten to taste and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add ice if you want it iced (optional).

2. Make the Matcha Cloud Foam

  1. In a small bowl, combine:
    • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
    • 1–2 tsp oat milk
    • 1–2 tsp sweetener
    • ½–1 tsp matcha powder
  2. Whip using:
    • A frother,
    • A hand whisk,
    • Or a small electric whisk
  3. Whip just until soft, thick, cloud-like foam forms — still spoonable and pourable.

3. Assemble

  1. Pour your sweetened oat milk base into a glass.
  2. Gently spoon or pour the matcha cloud foam over the top.
  3. Optional: dust a tiny bit of matcha on top for color.

Tips

  • Cold cream whips better into a cloud texture.
  • If the foam is too thick, add a splash more oat milk.
  • If it’s too loose, whip for a few more seconds.
