Returns Policy (NL & Europe)

You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, sealed matcha tins in original packaging. Send an email to contact@chae-matcha.com with your order number to initiate — customers cover return shipping costs themselves via tracked service (PostNL or local equivalent). Full refunds (excluding original shipping) issued within 14 days of our receipt and inspection.

Key Conditions

Opened matcha is excluded due to its perishable, artisanal nature. EU consumer laws fully upheld with no exceptions. Pre-approval required for all returns.
