All Chaé orders ship from the Netherlands, with tracking.

Netherlands

Free shipping on orders over €75; otherwise €4,95. Delivery within 1–2 business days via tracked PostNL service.

Rest of Europe

Shipping costs €12,95. Delivery takes 3–5 business days with full tracking.

United Kingdom & United States

Shipping costs €25. Delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance. All UK and US shipments are sent tracked via PostNL International.

Please note: UK and US customs may charge import duties or taxes based on the contents and value of your order. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the local carrier on delivery.
