4-Ingredient Matcha Ice Cream 🍦 — Your next favorite treat is here.
What you need:
• 2 cans of coconut cream, chilled overnight
• 80 ml maple syrup
• 5 ml vanilla extract
• 9 g Chaé Matcha
How to make it:
1. Open the chilled cans and scoop out only the thick coconut cream from the top — discard the liquid at the bottom
2. Mix in the maple syrup and vanilla until everything is well combined
3. Sift in the matcha one teaspoon at a time, then blend with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy
4. Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan, cover with foil, and freeze for 5–7 hours or overnight
5. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften, then scoop and enjoy right away!
