This rare, single‑origin Uji matcha is carefully shade‑grown and stone‑milled in Japan’s most revered tea region.
It unveils an intense jade green color, a sumptuous, velvety body, and a refined natural sweetness with layered umami and an exceptionally clean finish.

Preparation
For one serving: sift 1 tsp (2 g / 0.07 oz) of matcha to remove any clumps. Add 60 ml (2 oz) of water at 80°C (176°F). Whisk briskly in a W‑motion for about 15 seconds until a fine, glossy foam forms. Enjoy straight for a pure ceremonial experience, or pour over 100 ml of milk for an elevated matcha latte. Sweeten if desired.
