Artisanal Ceremonial matcha - YAME

This single cultivar (Saemidori) and single origin matcha is harvested in the famed Yame region on Japan’s southern island. It reveals a vivid emerald hue, velvety texture, and a naturally sweet, umami-rich depth — with no trace of bitterness.

Preparation

For one serving: sift 1 tsp (2 g / 0.07 oz) of matcha to remove clumps. Add 60 ml (2 oz) of 80°C (176°F) water. Whisk briskly in a W-motion for 15 seconds until frothy. Pour into 100 ml of milk, or enjoy straight. Sweeten naturally if desired.
