Made from Filipino ube, also known as purple yam or purple matcha, this finely milled powder has a naturally sweet, rich flavour. And soft vanilla-like and nutty notes. Its distinctive violet hue makes every recipe look as special as it tastes. Without needing artificial colours or overly sweet syrups.

Whisk it hot or cold with milk of your choice. Blend it into smoothies. Or fold it into your favourite baking recipes.
